It wasn't going to be an HP crossover.... But it didn't want to JUST be a Sherlock fanart...
I was just listening to this song (info below) and for some reason I was just doing stuff and I dropped everything and saw Sherlock and John lying on the grass together in my head. When I first made the rough draft on my computer it was going to be them in their usual coat and jumper but when I started outlining it they were like:
Sherlock: OMG Like, we don't wanna be our normal ages! Like, we wanna be younger!
John: Like OMG! We should totes be in Hogwarts guys! You don't even know!
Me: ⊙͠_⊙͠ Really, guys? This is not what we planned...
Both: -tantrum-
Me: FINE! (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻

Yeah... Just like that.

Now the big decision I had to make was the houses.
I know that there are fans for Ravenclaw!Sherlock and Slytherin!Sherlock as well as Gryffindor!John and Hufflepuff!John and that they can both work either of them if they wanted to.
I just like them in these and I like the way the colors work with them. For myself, THIS is how I saw them. Well, who knows, maybe it could just be the mood I wanted to set. If I changed the colors I wouldn't feel as... Light-hearted... I dunno. Does that make sense? I just think if I have done the other colors they would take away from the picture. Red and blue...
So please don't get all iffy because they aren't in the house you like. Because I may draw more one day cuz I read fanfiction, and I've they've been in the other houses too.

PS. Not sure how old they are suppose to be... They aren't 12 that's for sure... I'm gonna say 17-18? Ish? That's old enough to fall in love and have a relationship right? Lol...

Just realized, this is the first time I've drawn them at similar ages. I usually stick with the 5 year difference, but for John to be significantly older and graduate before Sherlock turns 13-14? Yeah, no...
