A Surprising Guest

I've been back at 221B for quite some time now. I've been separating and organizing things and I finally finished a few days ago.But the last thing I expected was to have another flatmate so soon.
Speaking of my "flatmate", does anyone know if someone is looking for a lost child? A boy about 5 or 6 years of age, blue(?) eyes, dark brunet hair, and a very particular attitude.
This boy is my current "flatmate". He just appeared the other day sitting in front of my door. Mrs. Hudson and I don't even know how he got in. Must be a bit on the mischievous side…
He said something about not wanting to go home and wanted me to hide him. Why me? Why here? I even checked online and there had been no missing persons reports for him. Maybe his parents are away and haven't noticed, he seems to be well off by the way he talks back to me.
As rude as he can be, he does behave, and it's nice having someone around this usually empty flat. I won't get too attached though, someone is bound to come around looking for him.
By the way, his name is Timothy. Hasn't mentioned a last name, probably doesn't want to get sent away too fast. I'll just put in a word to the authorities and keep him safe. He seems comfortable here, I doubt he'd go looking for trouble.

Sherlock, I swear if you were here you'd either get along with him or you'd constantly bicker with one another. He is so like you.

Well I'm going to make some tea. The little one is getting thirsty.

M: Come on! Where are you?! Why aren't you answering my calls?! Answer me you idiot!
T: Sorry. Phone was on silent. Finally have time.
M: Where. Are. You?
T: Nowhere in particular.
M: Well you'd better get back here. It's dangerous for you to be out. We still haven't figured out what other effects the drug might have on you.
T: So far, so good.
M: Not funny. Now tell me where you are and I'll pick you up.
T: Not a good time. Tea is almost ready.
M: Tea? Good God, where are you?
T: I'm safe. I'm with John.
M: You didn't? No, I going to get you this instant. You can't do this, not to him and not to yourself.
T: I'm not going.
M: I'm sorry.
T: He's happy right now.
M:
T: And so am I.
M:
M: Does he suspect anything?
T: No. I think he's just glad to be distracted.
M: Fine, you win. But if he starts to figure out anything you are coming back.
T: Of course.
M: Take care of yourselves then.
T: Thank you, Molly.
M: Just this once, Sherlock.

Tea's ready. I'll get in contact with you tomorrow while he's at work.

I DIDN'T MEAN TO DO THIS!!!
But it happened...

Anyways this ended up happening when I was talking with about what she wanted for her request. Before she settled on Sherlock vs. Moriarty ([link]) she mentioned John and a kid Sherlock
"little Sherlock and grown-up John looking after him"
And after I finished her request, this kept banging in my head. And then it happened...

And I was also thinking about how it would even work. Then I remembered Detective Conan/Case Closed and was like "OH SNAP!" And I just picture Sherlock actually acting (more?) like a child just so John wouldn't realize it's him (even though it'd be impossible -gasp-). And John letting him sit on his lap and telling "Timothy" stories about his adventures with his best friend.
Sherlock just listening to him and feeling guilty but happy to be close. For now....
